Amazing stay with just one problem.
9.0The hotel is in the heart of the city, everything about this hotel was great and it was a pleasure to choose this hotel for my trip.
− The bathroom had a very bad smell coming from the drains, this is not something I would usually deduct a point for but this time the smell sometimes became overwhelming and I didn't even want to use the bathroom. This was sadly the only problem in an otherwise magnificent stay.

Welcoming & comfortable with excellent executive lounge.
10.0Welcoming & friendly staff. Decent size room with executive lounge access, which was worth the extra for the 5pm-7pm drinks & buffet. We didn’t need to eat out after, so probably saved money! The hotel catered really well for my needs as a coeliac- the breakfast options were outstanding & staff had good knowledge. The view from the rooftop pool was beautiful & the close proximity to Chijmes of Crazy Rich Asian fame was a nighttime bonus.
− Some noise from the rooftop bar to 11pm heard on floor 10 on the first night.
