Programul de entertainment a fost interesant, zona de pool frumos amenajata, iar bauturile foarte diversificate. Ni s-au lasat bratarile dupa ce am facut check out-ul ca sa putem manca, avand zbor tarziu.

Belle piscine mais peu de transats, repas variés mais desserts à revoir

Fetele de la recepție și din bucătărie au fost amabile, piscina are un aspect plăcut, iar seara se organizează activități și muzică live, ceea ce creează o atmosferă relaxantă.

− Am fost cazați două nopți, înainte de plecarea de pe insulă, datorită proximității față de aeroport. Din păcate, experiența nu a fost una plăcută. Parcarea se face într-o livadă de măslini, pe nisip roșu, unde accesul este dificil, iar uneori ieșirea era blocată de alte mașini. În fața hotelului erau amplasate containere pentru gunoi și lenjerii/prosoape murdare, ceea ce crea un aspect neîngrijit și deloc potrivit pentru o unitate de cazare. Deși fațada hotelului arată bine la prima vedere, interiorul este vechi și nemodernizat, având mai degrabă standardul unui hotel de 3 stele. Camera a fost spațioasă, însă avea un miros neplăcut persistent, prezent de altfel în întreg hotelul. Baia a fost cea mai mare problemă: toaleta nu funcționa corespunzător, cabina de duș era incompletă, iar apa se scurgea pe podea, inundând baia la fiecare utilizare. Prosoapele erau uzate și păreau alb-murdar, iar aerul condiționat era foarte vechi, ruginit și emanând miros neplăcut. Un alt aspect neplăcut a fost faptul că utilizarea seifului se plătește separat (3 euro/zi). Piscina este drăguță, dar pernele și saltelele pentru șezlonguri erau vizibil pătate și murdare. Micul dejun a fost foarte slab: omleta era rece, mezelurile uscate, bolurile de cereale adesea goale. Atmosfera din restaurant era complet lipsită de ospitalitate, bucătarul fiind vizibil iritat și deloc amabil. Am mai stat la alte hoteluri în Creta, atât în 2023, cât și în 2025, dar experiența de aici a fost cea mai dezamăgitoare. Din păcate, nu aș mai reveni la acest hotel. Imi pare rau ca nu am facut poze.

Dissapointing All-Inclusive experience, not worth it

The staff was amazing and very welcoming, always there to assist you. There are daily events every night at 9:30 which are fun to attend. The rooms were small but comfy, we had a balcony with a nice view of the village and a bit of the sea.

− The All-Inclusive package was very underwhelming, the food was very mediocre and felt cheap a lot of the times, there wasn't a meal where we felt impressed by it, the drinks variety was lacking. The snack "bar" was 1-2 items from lunch at the pool bar and that was it. Now for the pool bar, by far the worst part of it all. We tried all the cocktails and we only found 2 decent ones. The Pina Colada for instance was just a pre-mix of the cocktail bought from the store and ice, that's it. There was also a cocktail called "Blue Sky" i think, which just tasted like rubbing alcohol. By far some of the worst cocktails I drank were here at Asana Hotel. So I would say that the All-Inclusive package is not worth it. You are better off eating at the taverns around the hotel, cheaper too maybe. There were very little sunbeds at the pool so you'd struggle to find any free ones unless you wake up at 7-8 in the morning, there is a policy where you are not allowed to leave towels on the beds but I never saw it enforced. But by far the worst thing i found was the safe in the room. They charge you 3 euros/ per day if you want to use the safe in the room. I never saw this at any hotel, let alone an "All-Inclusive" one. So you have to pay 3 euros a day for a service that costs them nothing just so you can store your valuables safely, what's next? Having to pay for AC separately? Having to pay to use the bathroom? Also the bathroom was not the same as the one in the picture on the site, ours was much smaller.
