I would like to get my refund my money back because it's very noisy and Dirty towels and not safe place

− I don't like at all I moved another Hotel because of dirty Towels and noisy places unsafe

− dirty room. hair and eyelashes all over room. I was offered a full refund to leave but could not as I had to stay in NYC that night. Was given a different room, but turned out that that room was dirty too but in a different way. toilet was covered in poop, as if no one cleaned it before check in. Fed up and tired, I accepted it and stayed the duration of my stay because I had no other option at the night. Front desk staff were nice and understanding, but overall the hotel rooms were very dirty and disgusting. Not to mention the second one also was hot and the air did not work properly. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. ESPECIALLY for the price! All in total $520 for one night in a disgusting hotel. NEVER AGAIN!
