La vue incroyable de la terrasse & piscine, l’emplacement et l’accueil (merci Rina 🙏). Logement parfait pour 4 personnes.

− L’ensemble est un peu vieillissant et mériterait d’être rénové / rafraîchi (dont la piscine qui ne fait pas très bien entretenue).

The view was nice, it had air conditioning and the scenery was beautiful.

− Sardinia Accommodation Review Arrival Issues: Upon arrival, we encountered a blocked toilet, which was quite disappointing. The lady luckily helped us the next day. Electrical Problems: The electrical outlets were tripping daily, limiting the use to only two appliances at a time. Swimming Pool Condition: The swimming pool was dirty, which detracted from our overall experience. Fridge/Freezer Leak: The fridge/freezer was leaking water, leading to a wet kitchen floor and uncertainty about the cause. Bathroom Issues: - The sink prop in the bedroom bathroom was broken. - The shower hardly provided any water, making it frustrating to use. - Shower curtain was not functioning properly due to makeshift cable straps replacing broken rings. BBQ Quality: The BBQ provided was of low quality and didn't serve well for proper grilling. House Maintenance: While the floor was clean, there was a hanging dash from the ceiling that needed attention. Kitchenware: The kitchenware was outdated and very limited; we even had to purchase knives to prepare basic meals like fruits, vegetables, and meats. Outdoor Issues: The patio was affected by wild boars, which created an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the garden was neglected, overwhelmed with weeds, and had sand everywhere, resulting in dirty floors inside the house. Pool Access: Accessing the pool through the main bedroom was inconvenient and compromised our privacy. Need for Renovation: The interior of the house is in urgent need of renovation. Parking Situation: There are no dedicated parking spaces, forcing us to find street parking and making it tough to carry our belongings up the stairs. General Impressions: The view was nice, but we felt embarrassed to invite guests due to the overall condition of the accommodation. Finding Alternatives: We had difficulty finding a replacement place at the last minute, as options were either too expensive or unavailable.

Great place to stay, location was nice, beautiful view, hospitality and support great, thank you.
