The location was good

− Expansive. Poor room quality. Non-service minded personal. BAD Value for monkey.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and attentive. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely valued as guests. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time and were able to leave our luggage in storage. When we returned, our room key cards were already prepared, and to our pleasant surprise, the staff had thoughtfully taken our luggage directly to our room. Such a lovely gesture and excellent service! Our room was beautifully prepared, exceptionally comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed, including lovely amenities and toiletries. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed a restful stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful selection of choices to suit different tastes. Despite the heavy rain and strong winds during Storm Austen, the hotel thoughtfully provided umbrellas for guests to use, which we really appreciated. The location is another huge advantage! Mayfair, Oxford Street and Edgware Road are all conveniently accessible. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés and a convenience store nearby, making the hotel an excellent base for exploring London. What truly stood out was the genuine kindness and professionalism of the staff. Their attention to detail and thoughtful hospitality made our stay particularly memorable. We would absolutely love to return on our next visit to London. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding service!

Het personeel

− De kamers zagen er in werkelijkheid heel anders uit dan op de foto’s bij jullie en waren bovendien erg klein. Helaas kwamen de foto’s niet overeen met de realiteit, wat voor een teleurstellende ervaring zorgde. We hebben de melding gedaan maar ze konden er niets aan doen. Ventilator werkte eerst niet door t stof erin en t water liep haast niet weg uit de lavabo. Ontbijt was goed wel jammer dat er geen pistolet of stokbrood aanwezig was.
