− No me gustó que me mandaran un mail 1 hora despues del chek out reclamándome y cobrándome un ventilador de mano que nunca vi en el cuarto. Me pareció de mal gusto el reclamo tratándome de ladrona . Deberían acompañar en el chekin al pasajero hacer un inventario antes y control posterior. . No reclamar algo que nunca vi. Además sentí el maltrato al tratarme de ladrona . . No recomiendo Palladium . Tuve una mala experiencia en otro en Punta Cana qué me robaron de la caja fuerte . No se hicieron cargo. Me pareció una falta de respeto hacia mi persona. Realmente una buena experiencia se convirtió en la PEOR

Buena ubicación, tranquilidad y buena comida

Ubicación excepcional, muy buen buffet en líneas generales, el personal muy atento, mención especial a Marian la pastelera, ya que tuvo un detalle muy bonito cn nosotros y al camarero granadino del pool bar.

− Aunque en líneas generales todo está bien, es cierto que la decoración está muy pasada de tiempo, necesita una buena reforma y modernizarlo, ya que sí que se ve que actualizaron cosas pero cn acabados pésimos, falso techo mal rematado, las juntas del baño fatal rematadas, cosas más modernas mezcladas cn cosas viejas….

Only good thing about this hotel is the location.

− The bathrooms smelled terrible. The food was honestly awful, both the quality and the taste. There is only one place to get food even though this is supposed to be an all inclusive hotel, and it is closed half the day. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and did not even feel like they had proper mattresses. We were also there for our honeymoon, but the staff did not care at all and made zero effort to make our stay feel even slightly special. One of their dirty, smelly towels ruined my wife’s hair and makeup for the entire night. When we complained, the staff did absolutely nothing. They did not offer us another room or even bring us clean towels. We ended up having to go to a local shop and buy our own towels. This was the most inconsiderate, uncomfortable, and miserable hotel experience I have ever had. I would never stay here again.
