10.0I loved everything. We stayed for 4 wonderful nights on beautiful room with private pool. The place is beautiful and clean. All the people working there from reception to restaurant bar pool and cleaners are very polite and helpful. The place is big and quite some people but we never had the impression of people neither at the pools the beach or the restaurants. We enjoyed playing tennis and minigolf also ! I was also very positively surprise to find corals and some coloured fishes very close to the beach
− Only thing not linked to hotel are the very expensive prices on the local shops and at the beauty salon
Best Hotel in Hurghada
10.0The first thing you will notice is the service you recieve from the people there, they do their best to make sure that your accomdation is remarkable. This is my 3rd time to come to Sunrise Royal Makadi and never felt that I need to change it. Also, I have to mention Mr. Mahmoud Samir for his help to make sure my onboarding was fast and easy for the 7 rooms I had. I can't forget the animation team which is really working hard to ensure that everybody is enjoying his stay, specially he children.

10.0The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience feel special. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. The beach area was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for a holiday
