7.0The hotel conditions are very good considering the price paid, including the quality of the breakfast. Unfortunately, however, there were a number of issues that left me with a bitter taste.
− Regarding parking, although the correspondence with the hotel clearly stated that parking at the nearby location would cost €16, I was actually charged €25, even though I used the exact parking location recommended by the reception (the garage, which also has a gas station on the ground floor of the building, located just a few dozen meters from the hotel). The experience with breakfast was also disappointing. According to the hotel’s schedule, breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. At 6:30, I went downstairs just to have a coffee, but the door was practically slammed in my face and I was told to come back after 7:00 AM. The attitude gave me the impression that, with enough tourists around, the individual guest standing in front of you simply no longer matters. Unfortunately, very disappointing. It is a shame, because the hotel offers good conditions and very good value for money. These issues could have easily been avoided with better communication and a more customer-oriented attitude.
