Great breakfast
10.0We stayed for two nights at the end of our Sicily trip. It is a 22 minute walk from Syracuse train station - although that was tough in 41 degree heat 🥵. Arriving in Ortigia I thought we’d made a poor choice of location as we saw many abandoned and derelict buildings but the hotel was lovely and just a couple of minutes walk from the heart of Ortigia with its quaint streets and impressive architecture. We had a room on the third floor with French doors to a tiny outside area - not possible to sit in but handy for drying clothes. The room was cosy, although the set up was odd with one side of the bed very close to the French doors. Air conditioning worked well as did the Wi-Fi and the fridge was re-stocked daily with water and soda. The breakfast was particularly good with a wide variety of choices.

10.0Location was good - not right in the busy part of Ortigia but just a short walk away. Breakfast was very good and staff very pleasant.
