Unfortunately, I was never given a room, so I cannot comment on the property

− I paid for the reservation and check-in, but was never provided with a room and could not stay at the hotel. I had to find alternative accommodation and am now trying to recover the money I paid. Extremely stressful and disappointing experience

The manager Ravi is verry helpful. Position is great right in Tribeca.

Absolutely nothing. Was one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed at.

− No staff, dirty, noisy, AC was crazy loud as well & the bed was rock hard. It was a joke, the photos on your site, in no way represents what it is accurately. And it should not cost anywhere close to what it did.

The location is great and the size of the room is decent based on what you normally get in the city.

− The beds were rock hard, the air con was outrageously noisy and everything was just a bit dated.

− Je suis arrivée à 22h30, personne à l'accueil et je n'avais pas reçu mon numéro de chambre et les consignes pour y accéder ce fut très compliquer de pouvoir accéder à ma chambre. On laisse un numéro de tel à l'accueil mais quand vous êtes touriste et que votre téléphone ne fonctionne que par internet on ne peux pas utiliser le téléphone. Aucun code wifi indiqué dans la chambre or que c'était indiqué dans la réservation, pas pu allumé la tv du coup car tv connectée et pas de connexion wifi... Le plafond de la salle de bain était tout craquelé.
