9.0Great location, just away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel was authentic, we enjoyed that it was quaint and not obviously modern.
Five stars all around - if we travel to Venice in the future, we will definitely stay there again.
10.0The breakfast was amazing. Every morning the tables were set with white tablecloths and silverware. The barista made incredible coffee drinks while we dined on a full breakfast menu. Both food and service was excellent! But most of all, the front desk staff was so wonderful. Jessica and Valentina could not have been more helpful and were so very lovely to get to know. By the time we left, I felt like Jessica was my second daughter! Making that connection made our stay even more memorable.
− Although the location usually has air conditioning, we found out when we got there that in Italy the hotels and shops stop using air conditioning in October since it's usually not necessary. However, it was unseasonably hot, so we would have liked air conditioning. They did, however, provide a large fan for our room, which was helpful.
