Gute Lage.

− Die unrenovierten Zimmer sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, die Fliesen im Bad sind locker, der Boden ist uneben. Die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt. Ich habe extra ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht (Aufpreis), allerdings war das Gerüst vor dem Fenster voller Sperrmüll und man konnte gar nicht raussehen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr alt, die Luft im Zimmer sehr schlecht. Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Newly renovated room and was tastefully done. Great to have air conditioning now and a refrigerator. Bed very comfortable. Excellent location right by Hyde Park. Good price for London

− The room was rather small but adequate. However, there was no room for a dressing table. The only surfaces to put things on were 2 extremely small side tables.

Perfekte Lage und für einen Kurztripp ganz okay

Die Lage war perfekt, direkt gegenüber vom Hyde Park und nur wenige Minuten von der der Underground Bahn, auch in der Straße nebenan gibt e viele Cafés, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Man ist von dort schnell an allen Hotspots von London. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde auch jeden Tag frisch gemacht. Zum frühstück können wir nichts sagen da wir es nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Das Personal war auch hilfsbereit und nett

− Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der unteren Etage, leider war das ein Buchungsfehler meiner Seits da es kein Fenster hatte und so typisch nach Keller gerochen hat.. wollten ein Upgrade buchen in die oberen Stockwerke mit Fenster aber das wurde uns verneint. Durch die Lage im Untergeschoss und die nahe liegende Untergrundbahn spürt und hört man die im Zimmer alle paar Minuten vorbei rauschen. Für die paar Nächte war es okay. Die Matratze war durchgelegen oder viel zu weich für uns, hatte Mörder Rückenschmerzen aber das deklariere ich unter Geschmacksache.

Struttura accogliente, camera confortevole e bagno con doccia grande. Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione di Paddington, ben collegata con il centro.

− Il fatto che ci fossero dei lavori in corso e quindi le finestre della camera fossero oscurate, inoltre a causa dei lavori c’era un unico ascensore per tutta la struttura

− I can't image my room without any table to hold my foods/stuff. So I put my stuff on the floor. It is ridiculous!

The location is spot on.

− Given a room key on check in and when arrived in room there was someone else's luggage in there. Staff were apologetic and gave us another room but framed it as an "upgrade" even though it was exactly like the room we had booked. There was a strong sewage smell in room. The window was blocked off with a sheet outside so we had no view or natural light, I'm assuming this is temporary due to the renovations but it was definitely not what we expected from our "upgraded" room. Had two small glasses of wine from the hotel bar while we waited for our room mix up to be sorted and they cost 23 pounds and we also found the barman to be quite unprofessional. When booking we mentioned it was for a special birthday and we were just offered a hugely overpriced birthday package, not even a small gesture which a lot of hotels would usually do. The only positive about this hotel is the location. We were very disappointed with the room, we didn't let it dampen our stay but we both agreed we absolutely would not stay here again.
