8.0The location was fantastic. Close to the MRT and lots of places to eat. The buffet breakfast was also excellent.
− The lifts were slow and the room air-conditioning was really loud but I was okay with that because it was so well located. Housekeeping only pops in every 3 days - I would have liked a bit more attention but again, excellent location so I was okay with that.
Great location, walking distance to everywhere, but we love to walk so 30 minutes to The Gardens by The Bay or The marke
9.0Great location, lovely views & very friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage for the day & then use the facilities to shower before leaving for our late afternoon departure to the airport.
My advice would be to remember you shampoo/conditioner/lotion as these are not supplied.
5.0The breakfast was worth the price - variety of food, an assortment of tea. Coffee is also provided. The hotel is in perfect location for the MRT, grocery store, money exchange (they gave a better rate than the hotel) and the infamous Chinatown. The staff are friendly and helpful from the gentleman in the lobby who assisted with your bags and taxis, the cleaning staff and frontline staff.
− I booked the room according to the picture - but did not get that room or anything like it. Was first offered a room with no window, next room had a very small window and actually seemed smaller, the final room (found within an hour of booking in) which was larger and was able to accommodate our family when we sat for afternoon tea. Given that we stayed 3 weeks I was most surprised to be originally offered a room that seemed more fit for someone staying a couple of days. Can't say I was overly impressed about having to make my bed daily, as cleaning staff only clean every 3 days - isn't that why we go on holiday?
