− AC in the room wasn’t cool enough, even though I set it for 18 degrees. I think it the direction of the fan, so it felt hot in bed. The room wasn’t soundproof so we could hear people closing and opening doors, the dings from the elevator, and shower runnings.

8.0The location was perfect, just a short walk to my conference. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was exactly what I expected and was delicious.

− Dirty, had a bad smell, things weren’t maintained properly. The room was very sketchy and not what I asked for.
A little expensive but generally good
7.0The location was the best. We could walk to Darling Harbour and all other attractions were close enough for a long stroll. Breakfast was ok. Comfortable bed
− I was disappointed that we had to ask for the room to be serviced. We collected new towels from reception but old towels were not collected. The fridge was not working, everything was frozen but no maintenance man came. The corners of the shower need a deeper clean
