− Le Petit-déjeuner: Les fruits n’étaient pas mûrs et pas de saison! Même pas du raisin en automne. Un jus de fruits même pas frais. La chambre pas nettoyée un jour et même pas d’eau. La moquette sale. Le repas au restaurant cher et pas très bon.

− The room was OK but very small and bathroom tiny, but pretty comfortable and it was clean, also this was my third or fourth stay but I did not find any additional benefit for loyalty

Cleaning staff very friendly and the room was cleaned to a high standard. For a central London location it was quiet in my room. I liked that there were no bright lights that stayed on on the ceiling like so many other hotels now. Unfortunately the door to the hallway light shone brightly through the bottom. Maybe you could provide something to block the light at the bottom of the door? The breakfast staff were very nice. Breakfast was pleasant. I loved my big pot of tea all to myself. You might want to reconsider the use of metal tongs for the hotel guest to use to retrieve toast from the toaster. I would suggest wooden tongs would be a better choice, lest someone gets electrocuted. I very much appreciated the air con. The room was a perfect temperature at night. Very fancy and smelled delightful bath products for us to use. Loved them.

− The pillow were hard and lumpy and the bed was very uncomfortable. It was way too firm. I tossed and turned all night. The lobby smelled gorgeous....not so much on the second floor where my room was. There is a very strong smell of hamburgers on the grill.
