This was by far one of the best experiences I had with Booking.com accommodations. Despite the pre-rainy season rains in Hoi An, I felt fully taken care of by the lovely hosts who run the accommodation as a family business and stay on site. The room was nice, comfortable, clean and well furnished, like in the pictures - and the building has lifts and good ACs. Breakfast was also quite good, with lots of options offered and flexibility in serving it later or sooner than usual breakfast time. What I particularly liked was the good communication and offers of taxi rides at a price which was under the quoted Grab price, and involved airport pickup, waiting for me as I did various tourist attractions, as well as transfer to my best accommodation, all payable at once with the last bill. They also have clothes washing service for cca $2 per kg, and are happy to help with booking any tickets for events, and they even helped me with mailing my postcards.

Ubicación muy buena a 5 minutos andando del centro. El hotel y el personal fueron excelentes y estuvieron pendientes de todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia. Volveríamos!
