The staff were top notch totally helpful and friendly. We sincerely appreciated their assistance.

− I didn’t like there were no towel bars to hang wet towels. And I really didn’t like that there were no wash/face towels. The hand towels are too big for washing. The safe wasn’t working and the washer/dryer after six hours of drying never got our clothes dry.

4.0Sa localisation et sa taille
− Le bruit. L'appartement n'était absolument pas insonorisé. 4 nuits quasiement blanche on entend tout : de la personne qui parle dans la rue (nous étions au 3 eme étage ) au voisins qui parlent et dont on a l'impression de partager la conversation, aux bruits de l'escalier de la cage qui craque dès que quelqu'un l'emprunte et il y a du passage.

Location great. Apartment just not acceptable
5.0Location and facilities
− Apartment 3B is at the top floor under a slanted roof. This makes that people of our height (1.90m / 6’3”) can’t stand up straight at about 80% of the apartment surface. We could only stand up straight in the small bath room, part of the kitchen and along a narrow path between the bedroom and the rest of the apartment. I couldn’t walk from the bedroom to the bathroom without bending my head the whole time. We might have been unlucky with this specific apartment but 3B is clearly to be avoided.
