Sellise hinnaga me sinna hotelli enam kunagi ei lähe.
6.0Hommikusöögiga võis rahule jääda. Midagi erilist ei pakutud. Puuvilju oli vähevõitu. Kõik oli väga tavaline.
− Hotellil puudus atmosfäär. Hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe oli paigast ära. Asukoht on väga hea. Ümbruskonnas on palju söögikohti.

A lovely second stay
10.0This was my second stay at this hotel and hopefully not my last. I really like it here. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and the location is perfect. It has become my favourite hotel to stay at when I’m in Paris.
− When I arrived, I had to carry my suitcase up the steps myself, even though there were staff members standing by the entrance. I found that a little strange, especially as I later saw them immediately come out to help another guest with his luggage. Also, I wish there was a larger lobby or lounge area where you could sit and relax.

5.0We stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately the experience did not meet five-star standards. There was no flexibility with early check-in, even for a special occasion, and we received the room exactly at 4 p.m. The room felt dated, although the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The minibar was completely empty, and by 12:30 a.m. the bar was already closed with no option to order drinks to the room. Worst of all, a preset alarm clock by the bed went off at 6 a.m. — we had not set it. I couldn’t fall asleep again, especially as the room had no proper blackout curtains. At check-out, when I said it had not been the best experience, the receptionist simply replied, “Oh, glad to hear that. Bye.” No questions, apology, or concern. Overall, disappointing service and attention to detail for a five-star hotel.
