An exquisite experience that exceeded our expectations.
10.0A traditional, comfortable, smart, sophisticated and personal experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. It was a lovely experience.
− Nothing at all.
Welcoming hotel with friendly staff in an excellent location
8.0We were made very welcome at check in by friendly receptionist. The room was small but cosy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room overlooked the street but we were not troubled by traffic noise. The hotel was in a great location just around the corner from the British Museum.
The hotel worked to ensure a comfortable stay, but pressure placed upon customers to additional money reduced the value
8.0The property had character & appeal
− The room rate was high, customers were expected to pay additional money to tip the staff I.e. cleaners. This attitude detracted from the hotel for me
