We loved the location and all the staff! Our balcony room was exceptional, complete with robes & slippers. We didn't get a chance to use the complimentary bicycles because Everything was in walking distance.

Well located…. Room was good

− For the price , there was not a wide selection for breakfast… the upper restaurant on the 14th floor was basic to say the least…

Rooms looked very nice and upgraded. Extremely comfortable beds, extra large balcony was a great add on for us, breakfast was delicious (just expensive)

− Only one of the two shower heads worked, room fridge was broken, white paint stains all over the bathroom floor, questionable stains on small couch in front of the bed, walking around the room in my socks I ended up having dirt and dust all over them (we had to utilize the complementary slippers in the closet), rusty razor blades laying on the balcony, no place for two to sit and eat inside the room (we had to bring the balcony chairs inside to eat our dinner)
