Average if you’re not planning to spend too much time I. The hotel
7.0It is a nice facility in a nice neighbourhood. We don’t usually spend time in a hotel so we didn’t have the chance to use their facilities and services
− The housekeeping was below expectations. In our 4 nights, our room was never really vacuumed, dusted or cleaned professionally. Honestly, we didn’t expect that from an IHG hotel

3.0Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner varié, avec un large choix de produits pour tous les goûts.
− Nous avons été déçus que le spa et la piscine soient interdits aux enfants de moins de 16 ans, une restriction qui n’était pas clairement indiquée sur Booking lors de la réservation. Le mobilier est vieillot et nous avons constaté quelques traces de moisissure dans la baignoire. Enfin, le personnel à l’accueil était peu souriant.

− Location was too far from town, beds too hard, no real outdoor areas to sit in were available, garden view was a bush through dirty windows
