8.0I do not consider this facility is a hotel. To get to the front desk you have to walk outside (about 100 yard) to get some help. There is no telephone in the room to reach the front desk. Only good thing I experienced was the front desk staff, generally friendly and helpful. I DO NOT CONSIDER THIS IS A HOTEL.

8.0Great stay. It's a lower price for people who are spending their day seeing the sites, and coming back to regroup and sleep. Only issue, which they do try and address: Shower sets off the fire alarm. Even if it's not your room. Went off 2 nights during my stay. Rooms clean. You can drop off your luggage before check-in, and you can check-in much later than 2pm (if you're out n about).

10.0This is a summer lodging of the college, meant for students but renting out to guests of all ages 18+. Excellent location to go around the city or stroll to many of nearby parks. Perfect for a solo traveler with tight budget.
