2.0We arrived on 30 November and the entire lodge was burned to the ground! No one around to explain. It didn't appear to be freshly burned. Why are they still taking reservations and payments? 2.0On arrival the swimming pool was green with algae. First thing to be seen. Room was smelly, bathroom shower leaked terribly, wall covered in mould. Near mani room so truck noise all night.
The hotel is in a shocking state
2.0Arrived to find the hotel in a shocking state. Pool filthy and green. places looks dilapidated, uncared for and not at all as advertised. Receptionist rude and uninterested. Asked for the Manager and after some strong discussion we cancelled our booking, which the Manager did for us on site and will demand a refund through Expedia.
