6.0Hotel was overall good but we had several issues with staff that were not up to par. They ignore “do not disturb” signage and come into your room whenever they want/need. We were in the room hot tub balcony and they came in, before leaving the room they locked us on the balcony. We tried to call the front desk and room service several times but no phone number listed worked. Upon check out we were also forced to provide them with a credit card (this is the 4th time mind you that they have used and charged this card)

10.0The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough about the conceiege who made booking dinner and experiences a breeze. We will be back!!
