8.0Check in was easy. Room was clean mostly but fridge was dirty with black stuff on a shelf. Room was small but hotel is very conveniently located.

10.0Muy atentos, te dejan agua, café y una nota personalizada, el cuarto muy bonito y limpio, la ubicación es perfecta y muy fácil de entrar. Lo recomiendo mucho !!!
Definitely good value and good location
8.0We needed an additional nights accommodation in Vienna and as our pension was full we found City Pension near by. Great communication, so easy to check-in and get in yourself. The room was clean and comfortable and the toilet genuinely a water closet (small) but functional. The room was quiet but ear plugs were supplied - we did not need them, nor the air condition. The only thing that’s a little bit of a negative But not a deterrent is the smell in the stairwell from the restaurant - but it’s not an issue in the pension. Good location, good value for money.
