4.0Not very well cleaned rooms with an unpleasant smell.

8.0El hotel se encuentra muy buen ubicado, el desayuno es bueno pero no tiene comida caliente, la habitación tenía alfombra con algo de olor, y tanto la pileta como el gimnasio solo Hablen a partir de las 15 hs.

2.0We only stayed about 20 minutes at this hotel before we left to stay in another hotel. The hotel is dated and run down and in a dreary downtown location. Not sure where they got pictures of trees outside the windows and the modern looking pictures must be from the 1980's. The icing on the cake was when my wife used the restroom and there was a used feminine hygiene product in the trash can.

2.0Pour commencer, la personne de la réception me dit qu’ils ont pas de parking alors que si. Il m’ont dit qu’ils avaient un parking quand j’ai montré ma réservation en papier avec marqué parking. Les personnes de la réception ne parle pas anglais ce qui es lamentable pour un sois disant 4 étoiles. Chambre sale, salle du petit déjeuner très sale (toile d’araignée, etc...). La piscine n’est pas une piscine, jacuzzi non fonctionnel Ce n’est vraiment pas digne d’un 4 étoiles Vraiment déçu
