8.0We arrived at 16:30 and were escorted to the waiting area on the 20th-floor lobby for check-in. The reception appeared understaffed, with several groups waiting, which resulted in the check-in process taking over 15–20 minutes. Unfortunately, the staff seated us right next to a large, very loud group, despite there being other available tables and seats further away. After a long journey, we were already tired, and the extended wait—coupled with being seated in such a noisy environment—felt extremely inconsiderate for a hotel of this caliber. This level of insensitivity was especially surprising for a Japanese hotel, where attention to detail and guest comfort are typically held to the highest standards. But the room was amazing, it's generously sized, with the best view looking at Osaka Castle. The breakfast was pretty amazing. Spa, pool and gym were great. It is important to separate loud guests though - some people are really noisy and loud at breakfast too, making it unbearable at times.
