This is a beautiful flat, in a gorgeous location immediately on the sea front.Its very clean, and everything works well. There is a continous attractive seafront promenade to the main town Rothesay. And plenty if buses if you dont feel like walking or driving. There is a friendly bakery and also a community run pub and a post office (which sells milk and essentials) all literally a few doors away

− It is a small flat, but perfect- ideal for couples. It is clearly dog friendly too .Utterly charming place to stay.

Location was great, a short drive or half hour walk from Rothesay. Value for money stay, local pub had the Scotland game on until close and the locals were friendly

Loved the view and the added touch of binoculars was a genius addition, a firm favourite to look over the hills. Added extras for dog, especially the blanket, my dog was very happy and settled.

I booked this place as a birthday surprise for my wife, and it was absolutely perfect. Even though it’s located on an island, the host was kind enough to arrange a birthday cake for us! The property itself is beautifully curated, and the host was incredibly prompt and helpful with all of our questions via chat. A few highlights from our amazing stay: 1. The View: The view straight from the room is stunning. 2. Location: Super convenient! The nearest restaurant and pub are just a 1-minute walk away. 3. Wildlife: We took a quick walk behind the property and were lucky enough to spot a beautiful deer. Highly recommend this place for a memorable getaway!

− Honestly, there is nothing to complain about! The only minor thing to note is that the bathroom is a bit on the smaller side. However, considering the excellent pricing and value of the stay, it was completely manageable and didn't take away from our experience at all.
