10.0Die Wohnung liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig in Berlin Mitte in unmittelbarer Nähe des S-/U-Bahnhofs Friedrichstraße. Viele Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig zu erreichen wie auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Regierungsviertel, die Museumsinsel...Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön sind die vielen Gemälde in der Wohnung, die der Wohnung eine ganz eigene Atmosphäre verleihen. Bei der großen Hitze konnte man es in der Wohnung sehr gut aushalten, auch wenn es keinen Balkon gibt.
− Eigentlich nichts. Zur Zeit ist das Gebäude für Renovierungsarbeiten eingerüstet. Wen es stört...

10.0Very well equipped apartment in a fantastic location, very close to metro and in walking distance of all the attractions and cafes/restaurants. Very comfortable and quiet. A good size with several rooms and 2 toilets were a bonus. Great coffee machine!

Große, ruhige und angenehme Wohnung in Berlin Mitte.
9.0Sehr zentral ,nur 2min zur Friedrichstraße und zur Spree. Da die Wohnung in der ersten Etage im Hinterhaus ist, ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet , tolle Holzböden, bequeme Betten, Küche mit Delongi Kaffemaschine und Michschäumer. Eine zweite Toilette außerhalb des Badezimmer :-).
− Es war leider kein Föhn da. Es gab keinen Fernseher , was uns nicht gestört hat.
