The apartment is not very large, but it is comfortable for four people. It was clean and had a washing machine. There is also a small balcony. The area is quiet, and the apartment is about a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station, with two other train stations just a 5-minute walk away. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. She allowed us to check in early at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. There was also a luggage storage service available after check-out. I highly recommend this place.

This is a hotel with a great location and helpful staff where you can enjoy a peaceful stay at a very reasonable price. We’re glad we chose this hotel, and I’d recommend it to everyone: We stayed at the Hız Hotel for two weeks at the end of July—two adults and two children. The hotel is located in the Ginza area, just a 5- to 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station. There are grocery stores nearby, and subway stations are also just a 2- to 3-minute walk away. You can easily get to different parts of the city using these. I should mention that it’s in a very quiet area. Ginza was the most well-organized place I saw in Tokyo. You’ll need to walk a bit to get to the Ginza shopping district, but it’s not a difficult walk—we went for a walk with the kids almost every day. There are few affordable hotel options near the shopping district, and it’s hard to find a room of this size at these prices. There are room options of 40 m² and 60 m². We stayed in the 40 m² room, which had a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen. I should also mention that it had a balcony. It was quite sufficient, but if the price difference hadn’t been so significant, I would have preferred to choose the larger one. There’s a small storage area in the hotel’s basement where you can pick up any toiletries you might need. There’s no shortage of towels—there were always clean ones available during our stay. Additionally, the staff made every effort to provide anything we requested right away. They were very helpful. We didn’t use it, but we saw that luggage could be left there upon check-in and check-out.

− As a minor drawback, I can say that although the hotel generally looked well-maintained, some of the room furnishings were quite worn out and old. It might be helpful to replace some of the equipment (such as frying pans and the ironing board). A fold-out table could be added; the dining table is a bit small for a family.

Personnel très accueillant arrivee a 1h30 du matin tout était prêt clefs et les instructions. Dans un box. Le personnel nous a aidé a trouver le transport ded valises et les réservations minibus

Perfect spot and great for my family of 5. Staff 100% helpful. Helped me out filling out a Yamato Transport form in Japanese for me. Would definitely stay again.
