7.0Harga agak murah utk sebuah rumah yg agak besar, location okey, rumah luas dan selesa sbb ruang tamu dgn 2 bilik ada aircond, tandas ada 3, 2 dlm bilik 1 ngn 2 dan satu tandas kt luar, parking dan laman luas betul sesuai utk keluarga besar yg bwk byk kereta.
− Kipas dlm bilik kedua agak bising bunyi ketuk ketak bila pusing. Tandas luar ada bocor tp owner cepat dtg baiki, tandas utk bilik pertama, kedua dan tandas luar agak kotor n kurg bersih.

6.0Very close to USM campus. Big space and good air conditioning. Cheap.
− No hairdryer. Third bedroom does not have air conditioner. Location a bit hard to find at first. No lock at the gate.
