− Perhaps maybe a little more sound proofing - took a while for my son to get to sleep as there were silly cars going down the road noisily but thats not a property issue as such
Close to beach and restaurants, will definitely be back.

− I loved everything about the flat, except the bathroom could do with a brighter light.
Excellent 2 bed flat in Cromer
9.0Great location, close to centre of town and short walk to the beach and pier. The apartment is very well decorated and clean. Good bed linen and towels. Plenty of kitchen accessories if self catering. The free parking to the rear of the property with a parking permit was a bonus so close to the centre. No noise from neighbours but overlooked main road into town which might put off some, but we didn't find it a problem and it was a peaceful party of the road at night. We especially liked the thoughtful touches around the apartment, particularly the large oscillating cool fan in the lounge/ kitchen when the weather was upwards of 25 degrees all week. Thank you, would definitely like to return again.
− Cannot think of anything about the apartment we didn't like but the communal stairs could probably do with freshening up?

Fantastic stay, super comfy beds, and only a few minutes form the beach.
10.0Fantastic location only a few minutes walk to the beach, absolute bonus having a parking space, everything you need at the apartment, beds were extremely comfortable, we just have a super stay everything was perfect.

9.0Great facilities. Very clean. Great bedding/ and location with parking right in the town. Near by to good restaurants and pubs.
− Only the window blinds did not stop light coming in. Black out curtains would have improved our sleep.
