Very spacious but not well cleaned. The powder rooms had a strange smell coming out of them.

− The property was not clean. The floors were extremely dirty. The kids feet were black and the couches and cushions had stains on them

9.0This house is amazing! Great entertaining/living space. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. So convenient to have 2 buggies. Most of the beds were comfortable, some are a bit short (as 2 singles pushed together).

7.0The view was fantastic and carts available when booking the house was a real bonus. The bathrooms were very nicely renovated. Every staff member we spoke to from booking right up until checking out went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. All HIHA staff 100%
− cleaning was very very average we had 2 kids so lots of time spend on the ground - couldnt help but notice under beds/lounges/cupboards hadn't been moved or cleaned under, very dusty and left over "stuff" from other guests. Lounges and dooners were stained need a proper clean This particular house was super noisy with wooden floors, so if you were on the top floor there was no way anyone could sleep/nap or rest on the second floor. So essentially, when one was awake - all were awake. Pool wasnt heated so unable to swim TVs in all rooms are in DESPERATE need of upgrading No heating options in the house all have aircons for cool air but no options to heat.
