Potentially lovely but spoilt by poor facilities provided, very poor value given the daily rate.
5.0The location is brilliant as we knew when we booked. Beds comfortable. Big fridge. Coffee tea milk and biscuits provided.
− The picnic bench and sun umbrella were totally unfit for purpose. We stayed during one of the recent heatwaves and desperately needed shade outdoors to sit in, as indoors was unbearable behind glass and miserable dark brown velvet curtains which we had to keep closed. There was no shade as the umbrella base was old & flimsy and kept falling over in slight seabreezes and the bench was ancient and broken. No fans there, one was provided on request by the company which didn't work effectively. No microwave. Surely the owner can provide much better given the rental income.

Great space that felt like home after no time and great location but aforementioned issues could be addressed.

− Bedrooms and bathroom were spotless but previous occupants must have left a mess in the living space under the dining table and near bins. There was also evidence of pet hairs on the sofa and some remnants of pet food on flooring.
