− I could not stay there with my kids because the place is full of junkies. Drug addicts and sex trafficking and booking.com kept my $569. Even though it was full of junkies.

1.0I wasn't notified that this property wasn't available to my husband and I until after we were at the airport in Miami Beach 😳. I called the host and was told the property was being renovated and no longer available to us. Omg, so non professional!! 1 star rating
− The lack of communication 😒 with us . They left us (me & my husband) stranded with no where to stay in a foreign city in Florida.
