Unhygienic and unpleasant.

− To start with, they weren’t expecting me, as their partner was away and there was obviously no communication between them. I had to wait outside while they called them to confirm I’d booked a room. The bedding had stains on the pillowcase and the fitted sheet. It looked like it hadn’t been changed despite reassurances it had. The mirrored wardrobe was full of finger prints. The shower cubicle was full of water stains and there were no towels provided. I left the property after about 10 minutes, as I felt uncomfortable with the level of hygiene. In my opinion the property has very different standards of cleanliness to mine and are refusing a refund because they insist it had been cleaned.

− Bathroom door doesn't lock. Door kept opening due to the faulty lock & breezy day as bathroom window was open.
