Don’t Count on a Comfortable Stay
6.0My daughter and I stayed here for two nights. When we checked in, the A/C was making a loud humming noise. I called the front desk, and maintenance came up and told us to leave the A/C off for the night for safety reasons. The hotel was fully booked, so we couldn’t switch rooms and had to sleep in a hot room in Miami. We were moved the next day, and the new room was fine, but we still paid full price for a room with broken A/C. For what this hotel charges, I expected them to do something to make it right. Instead, we were told there was nothing they could do. No refund, no credit, and no real attempt to fix the situation. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Their outstanding customer service really stood out and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for business travelers. It provided a great environment to relax after a full day of networking and meetings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or attending events in the area, and I look forward to staying here again.
