A homely feel
10.0The location is perfect for access to Saltaire. The homestay itself was great. Ginny is a fabulous host and her attention to detail could not be faulted. The bed was extremely comfortable and she provided several fans in both the bedroom and snug to help with the heatwave. The breakfast was really delicious, with fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast. I felt very at home.
− Nothing, it was great. The only thing to note for others would be that a cat lives at the property, which might not suit someone with allergies.
Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Ginny was helpful and flexible.
8.0Superb location close to the mill and the station. We are not big breakfast eaters so the cereals and toast were fine Good to have a lounge as well as a bedroom

7.0Lovely quiet and cosy place
Comfortable, homely and welcoming, with space to ourselves.
8.0The location was great, in a pretty street very close to the station and Salts Mill which we were visiting. The accommodation was comfortable, a whole floor to ourselves with a living room separate from the bedroom, and our own bathroom on the floor below. There were good facilities for making coffee/ tea in the room. Ginny was a welcoming host who answered messages quickly and we enjoyed chatting with her. The cold water she had prepared in the fridge for our arrival was much appreciated (it was a hot day). Ginny’s homemade compotes, preserves and scones at breakfast were delicious.
− During a heatwave it was quite hot in the bedroom, although fans helped. The rooms were in the attic and up steep stairs so fetching things from the kitchen was a bit of effort.
A very comfortable place to stay in a great location, with a thoughtful and friendly host.
10.0The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the continental breakfast generous. There were interesting publications about the local area and other books in the cosy guest sitting room - these were much appreciated, as was the option to make tea/coffee/meals.
