6.0The location and birds
− No water pressure Two shower heads not working. Kitchen sink did not hold water. Sliding doors did not lock. There’s a leak in the kitchen. No microwave. No one there to meet us at the facility. The PIN code was incorrect.
Despite a few issues we would stay at this condo again.
7.0Very spacious. Great view. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Water order came immediately. Beautiful pool.
− The oven and ice maker were out of order. We were surprised that the parking was so far from the condo and it was a challenge to get our belongings to the condo.
We loved everything about the condo, property and San Pancho.
8.0Beautiful pool with sun and shade, wonderful view from the condo, rooms were large and well furnished, quiet location just far enough away from town but still close to the beach.
− There was no kettle or microwave. It would have been nice to know that the dishwasher didn’t work before we loaded it.

9.0Beautiful condo, gated and quiet community. Gorgeous view and modern amenities.
− Check in was difficult, host was unavailable by phone and we had to find multiple people to contact her upon arrival to get in. After that, Christina was prompt and accommodating.
Perfect week away with great friends in the perfect spot.
9.0Such a unique place. We absolutely loved walking around the property, in to town and to the beach. Place seemed quiet and we almost hardly ran in to anyone the entire trip. The condo itself was clean and met all of our needs from the kitchen, to the massive balcony and comfortable beds.
