Fab stay at Studio 40
10.0We loved the setup of Studio 40. It had everything you could need. The property was spotless in a quiet location. We particularly liked being able to park outside the property. It was also a pleasant surprise that the hosts supplied beverage items and continental style items for breakfast, which we weren't expecting . All in all, we loved it and would highly recommend.

9.0Perfect studio space, only slight complaint is the shower is a waterfall shower and has no moveable head, but regardless, my stay was excellent.
Overnight stay before our onward journey
10.0What a great little studio. Perfect for a one night stay before our onward journey, and at a very reasonable price . It has everything we needed, a tiny but fully equiped kitchenette, comfy bed, , shower and toilet. Plenty of hot water. Didn't use the internet.. Safe parking. The lady owner {sorry Ive forgotten your name ) was very helpful, very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Only about 5 mins walk into Seaford. There was a very informative booklet about the area, cafes, restaurants etc, which was helpful.
