7.0Great Location, very spacious!
− The listing said the entire house but it’s not it’s the upstairs unit and they have a smaller unit that has access to the back yard! also there were ants in the master bath we didn’t notice until the 3rd day because we’re didn’t stay at the house a bunch! also the owner of the property showed up randomly one day while we were out and didn’t notify anyone she was coming & it gave us a good scary!
Awesome rooftop view, excellent location and amenities made this a very nice stay for us.
9.0The view from the rooftop is the most remarkable aspect of this place. It is lovely, and we could see the Statue of Liberty out our bedroom window. That was fantastic! We loved the excellent check-in instructions. Having an off-street garage parking made the stay experience very convenient. I also loved the washer/dryer, and the pods provided. It made our stay very pleasant. The nearby easy public transit into Manhattan and some really wonderful brunch places nearby are highlights. This place is an excellent mix of good neighborhood amenities without excessive noise. The apartment was chilly the day we arrived. I contacted the host through booking.com and he was very responsive. He walked me through turning on the heat (The a/c was in cooling mode due to the warm afternoon). It addressed our concern within 30-mins as he promised on the phone. He also offered to come over with additional blankets if we were cold after 30 mins, which we did not need.
− There was a coffee machine in the apartment but no pods to use. Hence it was not useful. Having some pods handy would have been very nice in the morning. Storing spare blankets will be a good item to stock for future guests.

10.0This property was exactly as described!! The view into New York City was phenomenal. The house was clean and cozy. We spent 4 wonderful days there.
