− I booked 3 rooms... for family... informed them that ill have a late checkin through chat i got a confirmed message too ...even called to the customer care too but the property peeople didnt respond... when we arrived at property at 2 am early in the morning they simply denied the booking and they sold the roomes for some one else...just think with family including kids what we can do @ 2 am...
