Lovely location and premises!
9.0The view from the balcony as well as the house/room setup was amazing. Would love to visit Gracetown again and use the same facility!
− Due to the weather conditions which developed as the night arrived, the outside door kept rattling during the evening and night and the balcony had quite a bit of bird droppings.
Overall excellent place and location

− The kitchen downstairs has nothing for the guests sleeping downstairs
Very large accommodation for two families or four couples.
6.0Location and size of accommodation in terms of number of bedrooms/bathrooms. The two King sized rooms with ensuites were great. Two large kitchens were great. Lots of space.
− A few things were broken eg two knife handles, the main tap in the upstairs butlers kitchen. The TVs are probably a bit outdated for a modern property.
A great place to stay, but beware the breakage deposit
8.0situated on a beautiful bay with sea views. The villa was well equipped and well maintained
− Could have done with a kettle in the downstairs kitchen. A breakage deposit of $1,000au was required, which was high but not unreasonable. However, it was nearly four weeks after leaving that the deposit was finally repaid and it had to be chased. This was disappointing and not acceptable.

10.0The house was amazing!!! Very clean and modern and comfortable with an amazing view of the sunset in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were very stylish. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
