The view from the terrace is very nice

− After only a few hours in the apartment, we decided not to stay. We booked a hotel and left first thing the next morning. This was due to a combination of problems that made the apartment unsuitable for a one-week family stay. > Lack of usable storage space. One small closet was effectively unavailable because it was being used to store extra duvets and pillows we did not need. A second, even smaller closet had a broken shelf. Even if it had been functional, the overall closet space was far too limited for a family of three staying for a week in winter. > Cleanliness. We found a long hair on the bed and several shorter hairs on the mattress. The host offered additional cleaning the next day, but by then we had already decided to leave. > Maintenance and safety concerns. The oven shifted out of its housing when opened, which is something we have never encountered before and found quite alarming. Two weeks later, the host explained that there was supposedly a button to prevent this, but this was neither obvious nor communicated during the stay. > Hot tub. Because of the low roof height, it was not possible to stand in it, even at its highest point. My wife is only 1.68 m tall. This limitation was not apparent from the listing photos. > General poor upkeep and lack of attention to detail. There were multiple holes in the sofa bed linens, the bathroom faucet was loose and wobbly, poor lighting, a broken sofa reading table. On top, bulky, unnecessary items were left in the apartment, including an unfoldable high chair and a pedestal fan (in winter!). In such a small space, this made the apartment feel even more cramped and poorly organized. The host refunded 20% of what we had paid, but in our view this was not proportionate to the situation. Sure, it was high season, but these were not unforeseeable or accidental issues, but matters of cleanliness, maintenance, and organization that were fully within the host’s responsibility.

L'appartement est très jolie et bien équipé. Petit bémol sur l'état du canapé qui devrait etre changé., mais le reste est ok

− Le projecteur pas centré avec le mur, impossible pour nous de profiter de la tv mais le gros point négatif est l'odeur qui sortait de la vmc le matin, impossible de rester dans l'appartement tellement cela sentait l'oignon cuisiné, sans doute les odeurs d'une cuisine qui remonte par cette vmc. Je souligne néanmoins que la propriétaire a essayé de faire ce qu'elle pouvait et a déposé devant la porte pendant que nous étions à l'extérieur de quoi désodoriser l'appartement
