Location and staff were great!

− The AC unit doesn’t cool down the apartment enough to make it comfortable. We were still quite hot and uncomfortable.

Great location on a quiet canal but still walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Very spacious with a full kitchen and washer machine!

− Beds were very uncomfortable with veryyy thin pillows. The AC unit did not really work and would only blow cold air for 10-15 minutes before it would stop blowing any air at all. We all had a hard time sleeping because it was SO hot. Lots of mosquitoes when the windows were left open to get some air at night. No toiletries for the shower were provided. We also had to take out our own trash or pay an extra fee but there were very specific instructions to follow which we were not aware of until I specifically asked. Even when we followed the directions the trash people were not where she said they would be, so we weren't sure what to do with it but had to catch our train. The trash was an unnecessary stressor that should be included in our stay like every other hotel/apartment.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT We were met by Paola at the property She showed us around and how everything worked We were lucky enough to be able to drop our bags before we went exploring. The property was stunning. Very clean & comfortable Great central location with stunning view once you walked out into the main path. Comfy beds and living area Loved the balcony and listening to the music from the music school Air conditioning which worked perfectly if you kept all windows & shutters closed and both bathroom doors it filtered around the property. Plenty of towels En-suite toilet only in main bedroom Main bathroom with shower & toilet - we were a family of 5 adults and it all worked perfectly Kitchen appeared fully equipped (we only had continental breakfast so only used the toaster and kettle) Also the property owner emailed with plenty of food suggestions which we did find helpful and used

− NOTHING EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING This is just for information- once off the main walk way, jetty and through the underpass to the property door there is no kerb appeal, but this is typical Venice - ITS SAFE which is the main thing STAIRS up to the property YES 32 of them (2 flights), but clean and a halfway point and hand rail to use.

The instructions on how to find the place was east but we need to have good wifi connection for waze or google maps. Christine was very helpful to us.

Great location, close to all tourist hot spots and near great restaurants.

− There was no washing machine powder/capsules. Also it wasn't a problem for us but the alley way to access the apartment floods at high tide due to a drain that overflows (had to remove socks and shoes to get through), some would say we got the full Venice experience!
