9.0Location is great, host is excellent, apartment is cute but on the small size. The terrace is great, equipped okay.
− Parking is not on site and it is not private so you have to have luck with public parking ( it is free because the host gives you the ticket) & it is not near.

10.0The apartment was really nice and cosy. The terrace was great for a morning coffee. Very comfortable bed. The kitchen had all the essentials. Everything looked very new or it was really nicely maintained. The owner was also very kind and very understanding since we somehow managed to lose the keys.

10.0Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Kombination aus charmanten alten Steinmauern und einer perfekt gestalteten, wunderschönen Einrichtung hat uns sofort verzaubert. Auch das Badezimmer ist ein echter Blickfang – sehr hübsch und ideenreich umgesetzt! Dank der Top-Lage ist man in nur 3 Minuten im Zentrum und am Meer, und der Strand liegt praktisch vor der Tür. Ein Segen an heißen Tagen war die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz war jedoch der geschützte, private Balkon. Man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und kann dort abends völlig ungestört bei einem Glas Wein entspannen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

10.0We had a wonderful stay in Punat and everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our lovely host, Dunja — she is incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were at home. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Every little detail has been thought of — from the dishes and kitchen essentials to the grill on the terrace. The terrace is very spacious and a perfect place to relax. The apartment is very comfortable, with air conditioning, a large fridge, and a lovely atmosphere. We especially loved the interior design with warm yellow and lemon tones — it gives the place a unique charm and almost makes you feel like you are somewhere in Italy. It is beautifully decorated and very cozy. The location is also excellent — the city center is just a two-minute walk away. Parking was very convenient as well: thanks to the parking card provided by Dunja, we could park for free in the designated areas around Punat. We truly enjoyed our stay and are very grateful for Dunja’s hospitality and care. Thank you for everything — we would happily come back again!
