8.0Mooie locatie genoeg airco in het huis strand was op loopafstand supermarkt was ook dichtbij een auto garage wel krappe ingang maar verder prima!

10.0Location is great! You can walk to the beach and to the old-town, both within 6-10 minutes. There are plenty of cafes around the block. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Nothing extravagant, but just what we needed. Parking is included and there is a washing machine and drying rack. The bed is comfortable. Almost everything is new and updated, with a few exceptions (microwave and fridge). But everything works and we had no problems. I love the two balconies. Nice view of the mountains from the living room. The place is very sunny and bright (with blackout shades on the windows). They gave us enough basic supplies for a few days or more: coffee/tea/dishwasher detergent/laundry detergent. The bedding and towels were very new and plush. Pao was excellent with communicating with me, through the booking app and WhatsApp. This is not a touristy location, it's all locals....we love that. But it is such a short walk to the beach and to the old-town so we had the best of both worlds. Very safe area, walking home after a late-night dinner was very pleasant. Free parking is great....we made a day trip to the Castle of Guadalest which was lovely. We came in April and the weather was excellent, warm (not hot) during the day, cool at night.
− Some cooking dishes in the cabinets could be upgraded. I was told that they will do this immediately after I mentioned it. Nothing else, we'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Altea. Beach is pebbles (not sand) but this didn't bother me because I wasn't here to lay on the sand.

10.0We loved the balconies, great to have two, one for the morning sun & the other for the evening. One had lovely mountain views. A bonus to have a secure parking space. The owner was very helpful & gave us good recommendations for where to eat & drink. Good location, not far from the beach or the old town.

Would definitely stay here again.
