10.0Spacious and clean apartment in a very central location. Kirsty and the team were very helpful. Some noise outside as it was a weekend in the height of summer, but couldn't be heard with windows closed, which you need to do for the AC anyway. Lovely sitting area with sea and seaside views, everything else as described in the listing. The famous stairs are no problem unless you have mobility challenges or really heavy luggage. Overall an excellent base for a Skegness seaside break.
− All good - maybe a little hand soap for when guests first arrive after a long journey and have to use the facilities before unpacking/shopping?
We had a great stay , everything we needed and would definitely stay there in the future.
8.0Very spacious, clean, comfy , perfect location in the town and could walk to the sea front in a few minutes .Manager was very helpful if we needed anything and food downstairs in the bar was good and good value .£9.50 to park the car for a week in the car park a few hundred yards away .

9.0Perfect position, three bedrooms all en suite was fantastic for us . Very modern and well furnished definitely recommend and would 100% rebook
Access to the apartment let's it down no good if you are disabled or elderly
3.0− Access to the apartment up an external ramp then through the beer garden which was difficult with luggage because of tables and people then a very steep climb up a fire escape then more stairs up to the apartment The twin bedroom was very noisy at night because you could here what sounded like machinery running all night Just a quick note there was no bottle opener or Cork screw we did ask at the bar for one but told they did not have one

10.0Loads of space all rooms were ensuite I liked the safe lock outside so you had some where to keep the key so you could come and go as you please location was fantastic the owners were very friendly kept up to date with everything right throughout our stay Dan was great highly recommended will definitely be back
