− Windows nearly fell out. Loose water tap in the toilet.

9.0The room was clean and even better than we expected. The check-in instructions were clear, straightforward, and easy to follow.
− The main downside was that the unit is on the 4th floor, so carrying luggage up can be a bit challenging.

7.0If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this is it. The staff is friendly.
− Soundproofing is poor...
If you want to take your girlfriend to a place for a few hours this is the place.
2.0The food was nice and the staff were friendly under fire.
− The bedding was absolutely disgusting. I wish I could upload the pics I took. The communication before the stay was non existent. Which create an issue for the room requirement. They wanted to charge me 15,000 pesos a day for a meeting room and I ended up having to rent a whole new room for each day for 8 hours. The manager did not respond to any requests to discuss and was away on holidays. I am grateful that I was able to achieve what I needed to do and thanked the staff for putting up with my frustration at the obvious over charging of the meeting room.
