Excellent Stay in an Amazing Location ⭐

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children, aged 12 and 15). This was our third visit to London, so we know how small hotel rooms in the city can be. We were looking for a high-quality aparthotel that would be spacious, comfortable, well-located, and practical for a longer stay. We booked two apartments: a standard double room and a larger apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Both were comfortable, and the larger apartment was perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, and even a washing machine for guests who need one. We bought groceries from the nearby supermarket and prepared several meals ourselves, which made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable. The location is outstanding. Right below the hotel there is a Pret A Manger and several cafés. Within just a few minutes' walk, you'll find a supermarket open until midnight, a pharmacy, mobile phone stores, and a pizzeria. The nearest Underground station is also just a short walk away, making it easy to reach every part of London. The biggest advantage is the location: only about a 5-minute walk from Covent Garden, one of London's most vibrant areas, full of excellent restaurants, markets, street performers, and just a short walk from the West End theatres. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every request we had was handled quickly and with a smile. Housekeeping was provided every three days, and in between, the staff were always available to replace towels, refill dishwasher capsules and toilet paper, remove rubbish, or assist with anything else we needed. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay. It combines spacious, well-equipped apartments with an unbeatable location and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone planning a longer stay in London.

− There were only a few minor issues during our stay. When making our reservation, we requested two apartments close to each other. We understand that room allocation depends on availability, and the hotel did its best. Our apartments ended up being on the same floor but at opposite ends of the corridor. Since the larger apartment became our main gathering space, it was occasionally a little inconvenient to walk back and forth whenever we or the children needed something from the other room. The check-out process was a bit inconvenient because the room key cards were automatically deactivated at the official check-out time. We only needed a little more time to finish packing, but once the cards stopped working, moving between the two apartments became more complicated and delayed us slightly. The only significant issue we experienced involved the fire alarm. On our first night, around midnight, the fire alarm in the larger apartment started sounding unexpectedly. The receptionist came to help but was initially unable to stop it. After speaking with the maintenance team for guidance, he entered the apartment and disconnected the relevant fuse to silence the alarm. A few days later, the same thing happened in our second apartment at around 4:00 a.m. Since I had seen how the issue was resolved the first time, I disconnected the same fuse myself because the silence button on the control panel was not working. Although these incidents were frustrating—especially during the night—they were isolated events and did not outweigh what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
